One of our most active members, and a talented musician, too! Meet Cliff Boyd, our good friend, and fun-on-the-road country music singer. Cliff says it best in his own words at RVScrapbook: "Well, I guess I am doin' OK for an ole man. Isn't this RV life just the best? My wife Carol and I are on the road most all the time. Carol's favorite thing to say is "lets keep those big wheels ah turnin' and that diesel fuel ah burnin'". And we do! Between the RVsongs4you Branson type music show and producing RV Park Site Maps through Southeast Publications, we have only stayed at our cabin/RV pad near Branson about 18 days this whole year..." The strange little men at RVScrapbook are Happy Camper Club's official ambassadors. They travel the US and Canada, camping for half price with the club discount, and reporting back from the field about the parks they visit. Similar to the legendary Lawn Gnomes, they are often abducted by our members and friends, then returned after exciting adventures with souvenirs, pictures, and accessories that are added to their suitcases. Luckily, our RV travelers share their passion for travel (and humor)... The one featured here is Hiker Happy, and he's leaving August 4 to share an adventure with Jill and Jose Ferrer of Your RV Lifestyle for a few months. Hippie Happy writes about his upcoming trips on his blog at RVScrapbook, and Tool Happy is currently traveling with Dawn and Mark Polk of RV Education 101. Camp Happy is our office Happy. He mostly travels on business for the club, and is headed out to visit Toda ys RVs magazine, to share with their readers how RVers can save money on the road - and to share with our campers a great magazine!
