Friendliest and best maintained park in Mobile.

Directions: From Mobile: Take I-10 W to exit 15A(Hwy. 90W), go approx. 2 miles to Theodore, turn left onto Belingrath Road (CR59), go 1 1/2 miles. Turn right into Payne's RV Park. Entrance sign is bright blue. From Mississippi: Take I-10 E. to exit 13 (Theodore-Dawes Rd.), turn right. Go to the 3rd signal light, turn right onto Hwy 90 W., go to ghird signal light, left on Bellingrath Road, go 1 1/2 miles, right into Payne's RV Park. We are the second park on Bellingrath Road.

RESTRICTIONS: Happy Rate valid for 2 nights per stay. Reservations accepted. No credit cards. Rates are for 2 people, $2.00 per extra adult (over 12). Summer and winter seasons, add $2.00 surcharge. Plus lodging tax.

Pet Policy: All pets must be on leash and cleaned up after.
