1 pkg refrigerated pie crust (the kind you unroll)
1 large can of chicken
2 cans of mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use cream of chicken and mushroom)
Put bottom pie crust in pan, add vegetables drained, chicken and soup. Put top crust on and cook in oven according to pie crust directions. I do mine in a 1/2 oven in my RV for 350 for about 18 minutes.
