Dear fellow RVers (and wannabes):

Welcome to this very special online community for the RV family. You may have visited RV sites before, but this is the most unique format you will ever see for "real-time" interaction with others who share your passion for RVing. EVERYONE who loves RVing is welcome - not just members of Happy Camper Club.

You may have heard of MySpace. It is the fifth most popular site on the entire internet, and our social club is in the same style, but it's an exclusive environment, only for those who want to learn, share and discuss RV and camping topics.

Not the "social" type? That's okay with us. Feel free to register as a user to read and learn, "lurk," and get a feel for the RV lifestyle. You'll probably want to jump in and get involved sooner or later, but it's perfectly okay if you just "hang around." WE NEVER, NEVER SHARE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. We respect your privacy. GUARANTEED.

We started this community for several reasons. First, we have worked for over seven years to create an online atmosphere of trust, fun and fellowship among our web visitors. We have been very successful at that, but the warmth of a community is hard to convey with just a forum, articles, and information. This "scrapbook" format brings RVing to life in a way that nothing else can. You can check in daily to read the new trip journals (blogs) posted by fellow members, (or write your own), see the pictures of great destinations when you are stuck at home, and pop in any time for instant messaging, chat, and forum discussion with other members.

Second, new visitors to our site are here to learn about our club. They want details and a little "insider information" on who we are, what the club can do to enhance their travels, and exactly where our campgrounds are, and what they are like.

We're a family owned company, and if you're thinking about joining the club, it might make you more comfortable to meet us in person, add us to your friends list, read my blogs, chat with other members, plus read first-hand campground reviews by RVers who have been there.

For the simple pleasure of having fun online, planning an RV trip, or sharing the woes of an RV breakdown, register and get involved. It's safe, and it's fun.
