This is me....cute huh? I am from Oklahoma, a Great place to be FROM. In 1967 I rode a dog cross-country (they call ‘em Greyhounds)and then hitch-hiked all over the US and Canada. After all, what else would any self respecting Hippie do? The only thing I took with me was my air guitar and my Will Rogers mentality.

My innovative mind has been responsible for numerous business ventures through the years.
For example:
***My snowmobile franchises in Iran
***The Ice Cube factory in Nome
Both of which should be taking off any day now.
And (being a flower child)...My personal favorite...
"Flower Scents"
It's a spray for fresh flowers. It makes ‘em smell like plastic.
They said I'd never amount to much, but I think you can see... my ship is about to come in. (I'll be at the airport)

AND wouldn't cha know it

If it vasn't for Christmas, ve'd all be Jewish.

I make pocket change playing my air guitar, and I've hung out with some pretty cool people. I even partied with Bob Dylan, back in the day... (But I didn't exhale).

In recent years, I've decided to settle down a bit, so I bought a pop-up and went to work for Happy Camper Half Price Club, as a "work kamper." It's tons of fun. They are a Great company to work for. My job is to visit Happy Camper parks and report back to the home office about what they are like. I write about them on my blog and upload the pictures. Not a bad way to make a living. (And I don't have to miss my old free-spirited style. I hitch a ride with other members whenever I can, and it reminds me of the good ole days).
Well off I go...I AM Irish and I'm sure it's 5 O'clock somewhere....toodles

The "trip" I was on at Woodstock

Weaving hemp rope, traveling, sleeping under the stars, playing guitar and banjo and writing music, geocaching, knitting sweaters made with wool from my dog's fur, recycling, reading, hanging out with my friends, meeting new people, tie-dying my clothes and sheets, stringing beads, making love, not war, spreading peace and love all over this land.
