My name is Camp Happy, and I'm the official spokesperson for the
Happy Camper Half Price Camping Club. My job is to travel for the club, in my official capacity, and to develop relationships with other companies, oversee quality control in the office, carry out marketing plans, devise advertising, etc.
I am the one responsible for Happy Camper's famous
"Send a Friend, Get a Year Free" promotion, a huge success, if I do say so myself.
I'm sure that you've met the other Happies by now. They were brought in due to my backlog, and are sometimes able to travel on my behalf. (Between you and me, they are not very professional. They are always trying to write off trips that are "not exactly" business. They're also a little spoiled. The whole Lawn Gnome thing at Travelocity - my idea also - got them started on this whole "Take-a-Happy-on-a-Trip" thing. Sounded good at the time, but I think they take advantage, and don't get a lot of work done on the road. Luckily, they are able to camp for half price, saving us some funds in the travel budget).
But, enough about them. This is MY profile page, and I would like to say here that RVScrapbook (also my idea) is the ideal place for RVers to really get to know the RV companies that serve them. I welcome ANY RV company to contact me with your ideas for making RVScrapbook and Happy Camper Club better - and for ideas about ways we can work together.
